Contribution regulations of the FREMO e. V.

According to § 6 of the statutes of the FREMO e. V. of 26.09.1981, in the version of 04.04.2004, the association has the following contribution regulations:

1. The members pay once a calendar year (contribution year) a membership fee (annual fee). Its amount depends on the resolution of the previous Annual General Assembly. A member pays the entire annual fee even if his membership in the association begins or ends during the current contribution year.

2. The annual fee is due at the beginning of each contribution year. It must be paid at the latest by the end of the first quarter (31 March) of the contribution year.

3. All members receive an invoice for the annual fee at the end of the previous year or at the beginning of the contribution year. New members will receive an invoice for the due contribution when they are admitted.

4. If the annual contribution has not been received by 31 March of the contribution year, the member shall receive a first written reminder during the second quarter of the contribution year. If the membership fee is not paid by 30 September of the contribution year, the defaulting member will receive a second written reminder during the fourth quarter. If the membership fee has not been paid by 31 December of the contribution year, the defaulting member will be removed from the list of members in accordance with § 4, subparagraph 2.c of the statutes of the FREMO e. V..

5. In cases of hardship, the payment of the annual contribution may be waived in agreement between the President and the Treasurer.

6. The contribution regulations become effective on 01.01.1997.

The contribution regulations are part of the statutes of the FREMO e. V.
